Description
Kroz niz zabavnih priča, s mješavinom smijeha i suza pratimo tipično dalmatinsko i mediteransko djetinjstvo prepuno radosti, povjerenja i ljubavi.

Tisja Kljaković Braić's debut book, "Little Rascal," has been consistently at the top of the charts as one of Croatia's most-read and bestselling books. Given that its content, through a series of humorous stories, brings to life the Split of the 1980s, still irresistibly reminiscent of Smojin's Split from "Big Town" and Fellini's Mediterranean, the path to a theatrical adaptation has emerged as natural and expected.
Director Mario Kovač has taken on the task of dramatizing the story of a little girl who grows up under the protection of her grandparents, hiding in a kiosk, disliking going to kindergarten, playing cards with her grandpa for Hajduk, and going swimming under Marjan with neighbors. From birth until the beginning of the war, coinciding with the author's enrollment in high school, we follow the family – father, mother, grandpa, grandma, and neighbors from the same building and street, with the protagonist at the center, a mischievous, intelligent, gifted, and somewhat spoiled little girl. Through a series of entertaining stories with a blend of laughter and tears, we follow a typical Dalmatian and Mediterranean childhood full of joy, trust, and love.
